Experience:

• At least 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Telecommunication, Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup

• Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related discipline (preferred).

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, EEE/ETE, or a related field.

• At least 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Telecommunication, Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup

• Age At most 35 years

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in server administration.

• Strong expertise in Windows Server, Linux Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy.

• Hands-on experience with VMware or Hyper-V virtualization platforms.

• Experience managing cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to perform RCA on system incidents.

• Experience with PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting is an added advantage.

• Strong documentation, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure, M365, Windows Server, Security), Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA), and VMware VCP (VMware Certified Professional) will be considered an advantage.

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers, including Active Directory, file servers, and domain controllers.

• Manage VMware, Hyper-V, and hybrid cloud environments (Azure/AWS).

• Manage and administer AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and directory services.

• Monitor server performance, logs, resource utilization, and implement proactive maintenance.

• Perform regular system backups, patch management, and apply security updates.

• Oversee data backup, disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity (BCP) operations aligned with RTO/RPO for critical applications.

• Ensure server security through hardening, access control, antivirus/EDR, and audit logging.

• Troubleshoot complex server, hardware, storage, or network-related issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

• Maintain detailed documentation of server configurations, DR procedures, and infrastructure inventories.

• Collaborate closely with Cyber Security, DevOps, Network, and Application teams for secure system operations.

• Salary during probationary period: ৳75,000 – ৳90,000 (based on experience and expertise).

• After successful completion of probation: Salary and grade will follow BURO Bangladesh HR policy.
