Experience:

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Telecommunication, Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, EEE/ETE, or a related field.

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT is preferred but not required.

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Telecommunication, Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup

• Age At most 35 years

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in DevOps engineering.

• Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.

• Expertise in CI/CD tools: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins.

• Strong scripting skills using Bash, Python, or PowerShell.

• Experience with cloud services such as Azure or AWS.

• Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, and other automation tools.

• Understanding of networking, DevOps security, and system reliability engineering.

• Familiarity with monitoring & logging tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, ELK.

• Microsoft Azure (AZ-104, AZ-400), AWS DevOps Engineer Certification, Docker or Kubernetes Certification, Any DevOps/Cloud-related certification will be considered an advantage.

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.

• Manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.

• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, or similar IaC tools.

• Set up and maintain observability stacks including Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, and ELK.

• Collaborate closely with software development teams to streamline integration and deployment.

• Optimize application performance while ensuring reliability, scalability, and security of production environments.

• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and troubleshoot deployment or infrastructure-related issues.

• Manage and support cloud infrastructure across platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or hybrid environments.

• Maintain technical documentation, scripts, deployment guides, and architecture diagrams.

• Ensure secure configuration practices and continuous improvement of DevOps pipelines.

• Salary during probationary period: ৳55,000 – ৳75,000 (based on experience and expertise). After successful completion of probation, salary and benefits will be as per BURO Bangladesh policy.
