Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process, problem-solving skills, and Figma expertise in Auto-layout, Constraints, Variants, Slots, Responsive Design, Design Tokens etc.
• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, business analyst, software engineering, and QA.
• Experience designing for enterprise or SaaS products.
• Familiarity with branding, illustration, or motion design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Lottie, etc.).
• Understanding of accessibility compliance and inclusive design principles.
• Experience mentoring junior designers or contributing to organizational design standards.
• Knowledge of the Korean language is a plus.
Job Purpose & Context
We are looking for a UX/UI Designer with solid expertise in creating top-notch design systems from scratch (using Figma), to help drive the consistency, scalability, and quality of user experiences across multiple web and mobile products. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys partnering closely with business analysts and engineering teams to build and evolve design systems while maintaining high-quality user experience.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
•Design intuitive, scalable, and visually consistent interfaces for web and mobile applications, following modern UX/UI and responsive design principles.
•Create high fidelity prototypes using Figma by following Google Material Design 3, Apple HIG and other cross-platform and industry standard design system guidelines.
•Build and Manage Figma libraries, reusable UI components, design tokens, design documentation, and source-of-truth assets.
•Validate designs through usability testing, heuristic evaluation, A/B testing, and iterative improvement cycles based on user and stakeholder feedback.
•Ensure consistency of branding, visual identity, interaction patterns, usability and accessibility standards across all Tekvision products and platforms.
•Identify opportunities to improve system quality, usability, accessibility, design workflows and documentation processes.
