Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 application and technical support for ATM, CRM, CDM, Debit Card, QR, NPSB and ATM Switch systems.

• Monitor and troubleshoot ATM, Debit Card, QR, NPSB and ATM Switch services.

• Troubleshoot transaction declines, timeouts, reversals, duplicate transactions, partial approvals, and other transaction-processing issues.

• Analyze ISO 8583 messages and transaction logs for troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.

• 2-8 years of relevant experience in ATM, Card, ATM & Card Switch, Payment Switch, or Digital Banking application support.

• Practical experience in ATM & Card Switch operations, NPSB, QR, Payment Schemes and transaction troubleshooting.

• Strong understanding of ATM and Card transaction processing lifecycle.

• Good knowledge of ISO 8583 transaction messaging and response codes.

• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, networking, database, API/interface, and application integration concepts.

• Good knowledge of SQL, Programming language and database troubleshooting.

• Documentation writing will be an added advantage.

• Experience working in a 24/7 production support environment.
