Job Summary

We are looking for a disciplined, alert and reliable CCTV Supervisor to monitor and maintain the factory's surveillance system, respond to security incidents, and work closely with the Security team to keep people, property and materials safe.

Responsibilities

CCTV Monitoring

• Monitor live CCTV footage across the factory, warehouse, gates, production floor and office premises.

• Watch closely for theft, unauthorized access, safety hazards, fire risks and unusual activity.

• Report suspicious activity and incidents to the Security In-charge and management immediately.

• Monitor movement of raw materials, finished goods, vehicles and visitors at entry and exit points.

• Keep a daily CCTV monitoring log and incident register.

System Maintenance

• Make sure all cameras, monitors and storage devices are working properly.

• Check camera angles, image quality and recording status every day.

• Identify faulty cameras or equipment and arrange repairs with IT or vendors.

• Manage footage storage and backups as per company policy.

• Keep an up-to-date inventory and location map of all cameras.

Investigation & Reporting

• Retrieve, review and preserve footage for investigations, audits or management requests.

• Assist management and the Security team in investigating theft, misconduct or accidents.

• Prepare daily, weekly and incident reports for management.

• Protect the confidentiality of recorded footage and share it only with authorized persons.

Security Coordination

• Guide guards to specific locations during incidents based on CCTV observation.

• Support emergency situations such as fire, evacuation and unrest.

• Support compliance and buyer audits related to security and surveillance.

• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Qualification

• Training in CCTV operation, security management or computer basics will be an advantage.

Experience

• 1–5 years of experience in CCTV monitoring, security or a related field.

• Retired Army Sergeants, especially those with security, signals or intelligence experience, are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Experience in a garments, textile or manufacturing factory will be preferred.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Hands-on experience with CCTV, and IP camera systems.

• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word, Excel and email.

• Strong observation skills and attention to detail.

• High level of discipline, integrity and honesty.

• Able to stay alert during long monitoring hours.

• Quick decision-making and calm response during emergencies.

• Willing to work in rotating shifts, including nights and holidays.
