Job Summary

We are looking for two SAP Business Analysts to support SAP business users across materials management, production planning, BOM management, MRP, factory postings, and master data processes.

The role is suitable for candidates with hands-on SAP experience in Materials Management, Production Planning, or related manufacturing processes. The selected candidates will work closely with operations, planning, production, warehouse, procurement, and IT teams to improve data accuracy, support users, resolve process issues, and strengthen SAP usage across the factory.

This is a practical, business-facing role. The ideal candidate should understand manufacturing operations, be comfortable working with end users, and have the ability to translate business requirements into SAP process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support SAP users in day-to-day activities related to materials, BOM, MRP, production planning, inventory, and factory postings.

• Assist business users with accurate SAP data entry, transaction usage, and process compliance.

• Support creation, maintenance, validation, and correction of SAP master data, including material master, BOM, routing or production-related data where applicable.

• Work with production, planning, warehouse, procurement, and finance teams to identify SAP posting issues and help resolve them.

• Support MRP-related activities, including material planning data, planning parameters, stock availability, and exception follow-up.

• Analyze recurring SAP user errors and recommend process improvements, training, or controls.

• Help document business processes, SAP transaction flows, user guides, and standard operating procedures.

• Coordinate with SAP functional consultants, IT teams, and business departments for issue resolution and system improvements.

• Assist in user acceptance testing for SAP changes, enhancements, reports, or process updates.

• Monitor data quality and support cleanup initiatives for BOM, material master, inventory, and production-related records.

• Provide first-level support and training to factory and business users.

• Prepare basic reports and analysis using SAP data, Excel, or other reporting tools.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 3–4 years of hands-on SAP experience in Materials Management, Production Planning, or manufacturing-related SAP processes.

• Practical understanding of SAP MM and/or SAP PP modules.

• Experience with material master, BOM, MRP, purchase requisitions, inventory movement, production order, or factory posting processes.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing, production, supply chain, warehouse, or textile operations.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with business users.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to document processes clearly and follow up on issues until resolution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in textile, denim, garment, spinning, weaving, dyeing, washing, or manufacturing industries.

• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or ECC.

• Experience supporting master data governance or data quality improvement projects.

• Knowledge of production planning, inventory control, procurement, and shop-floor posting processes.

• Basic understanding of integration between SAP MM, PP, SD, QM, and FI/CO.

• Experience preparing user training materials or SOPs.

• Exposure to reporting tools such as SAP reports, Power BI, or advanced Excel will be an advantage.
