Experience:

• 10 to 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Garments, Technical Infrastructure

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering

• Professional certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet, Microsoft, VMware, ITIL will be an added advantage.

• Age 30 to 40 years

• Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and Data Center networks.

• Strong knowledge of routing and switching technologies, including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, etc.

• Proven experience in configuring, administering, and optimizing enterprise-grade routers, switches, firewalls, WLC, access points (AP), and WAF.

• Hands-on experience with technologies from Cisco/Meraki, Palo Alto, Fortinet, and other leading network security vendors.

• Responsible for network equipment configuration, changes, daily maintenance, and architecture optimization.

• Monitor network performance, including packet loss, latency, bandwidth utilization, and ensure continuous LAN/WAN availability.

• Maintain proper documentation of network diagrams, configurations, licenses, and IT assets.

• Good troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong ownership, accountability, and crisis management skills.

• Able to work under pressure and manage IT related emergencies.

• Must possess impressive personality, open mindset, dynamic personality, team player and accept changes.

• Ensure smooth and secure network.

• Strong leadership and team-management capability.

• Preference will be given to those who can present strong expertise in implementing enterprise security controls, including Access Control Lists (ACLs), NAT, IPSec VPN, SSL VPN, GRE tunnels, network segmentation, and security best practices aligned with industry standards.

• Manage and maintain the organization's enterprise network infrastructure and security environment.

• Ensure high availability, performance, reliability, and security of network services.

• Lead network troubleshooting, incident response, and infrastructure optimization.

• Implement network security policies and controls to protect critical IT infrastructure.

• Coordinate with service providers, network operators, and relevant stakeholders for uninterrupted connectivity.

• Evaluate network performance and recommend improvements, upgrades, and capacity requirements.

• Ensure proper configuration management, documentation, licensing, and asset tracking.
