Responsibilities & Context:
JOB PURPOSE:
Support the sourcing and procurement of IT products, software licenses, and services by collecting vendor quotations, processing purchase orders, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining complete procurement documentation and inventory records.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Source and purchase IT products, software licenses, ERP solutions, and IT services based on functional requirements.
•Collect and compare vendor quotations to assist in evaluating competitive pricing and product specifications.
•Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up through approval workflows to ensure seamless order execution.
•Negotiate pricing, payment, and delivery terms with suppliers, and coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely completion.
•Maintain professional working relationships with IT vendors and suppliers.
•Track software licenses, product warranties, and support/maintenance contracts.
•Maintain organized procurement files, quotation comparisons, purchase orders, and audit-ready records.
•Support inventory planning, stock replenishment, inventory control, and routine procurement reporting.
