Micronetbd Inc is a US-based managed-services and consulting firm headquartered in Hamilton, New Jersey, with a second office in Toronto, Canada. We have been operating since 2012, serving small to midsize companies as their long-term Salesforce, Litify, Filevine, Specright, and DocuSign partner. Currently We are expanding our team in Dhaka.

We are a Salesforce Ridge Consulting Partner (formerly Silver), a DocuSign Consulting Partner, a Filevine Implementation Partner, and a Litify Implementation Partner. Our client portfolio spans legal-tech (Brandon J Broderick Law, Schibell & Mennie, Krasno Krasno & Onwudinjo, Aaron Herbert Law, DeGeorge & Polverini, Lorenz & Lorenz, Castillo Law Group) and packaging / CPG (HP Hood, Walker's Shortbread, Colgate-Palmolive, Evermark / Elida / Suave, Cummins, Albertsons, Johnson & Johnson, Corteva, Tingley).

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Node.js, Express.js, and PostgreSQL/MongoDB.

• Build and optimize mobile and web interfaces using React Native and Vue3 frameworks.

• Implement and maintain RESTful APIs with a focus on performance, reliability, and security.

• Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) for deployment and scalability.

• Manage CI/CD pipelines and ensure quality using Jest, React Native Testing Library, and Detox.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end product features and improve user experience.

• Monitor, debug, and optimize system performance using tools.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of working experience as software developer.

• Hands-on experience is full stack software development.

• Strong understanding of cross-platform data migration and system integrations.

• Experience with Node.js, Express.js, RESTful APIs, React Native, Vue3 frameworks, Docker-Kubernetes, Linux VM environments, and AWS.

• Proficiency in Java and database management (SQL/NoSQL).

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Must be able to work on-site in our New Jersey office (this is an in-person position).
