Skills & Expertise:

• Major expertise in enterprise B2B software sales (SaaS preferred)
• Proven track record of closing deals 20 Lakh + ACV
• Experience selling to enterprise buying committees / long sales cycles (6-12+ months)
• Strong consultative/solution-selling skills

We are looking for an experienced Software Sales Manager/Senior Manager to join EXIM Synergy, a technology distribution and trading company connecting world-class OEMs with strategic partners across Bangladesh, Singapore, Malaysia, and the UAE.

Job Responsibility:

• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing

• Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise accounts, consistently meeting or exceeding quota

• Navigate complex buying committees (IT, procurement, finance, C-suite)

• Develop account strategies for upsell/cross-sell within existing enterprise clients

• Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing on deal strategy

• Deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting in CRM (e.g., Salesforce)

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and SLAs with legal and procurement teams
