Job Summary

We are seeking experienced digital design professionals to join our user experience department. We currently have 3 open vacancies for designers possessing 4 to 5 years of professional experience in user interface architecture, user experience research, and digital product design. Selected candidates will be responsible for creating intuitive user journeys, designing responsive web and mobile application interfaces, establishing design systems, and partnering with engineering teams to convert complex system requirements into accessible digital experiences.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, contextual inquiries, and usability evaluations to inform product design decisions.

• Construct information architectures, user flows, site maps, and wireframe models for web and mobile platforms.

• Design visual interfaces, interactive prototypes, and design systems in alignment with organizational brand standards.

• Partner closely with product management and software engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and design fidelity.

• Gather and analyze qualitative user feedback, usability metrics, and interaction data to refine existing interfaces.

• Establish, maintain, and expand enterprise design pattern libraries, component specifications, and asset repositories.

• Present design concepts, user flow models, and interactive prototypes to internal stakeholders.

• Audit digital products for visual consistency, usability compliance, and web accessibility standards.

Required Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Architecture, or a related discipline.

• 4 to 5 years of professional design experience specializing in user interface and user experience design for digital products.

• Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping applications including Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

• Strong knowledge of user-centric design principles, interaction design standards, and information architecture.

• Proven background constructing wireframes, high-fidelity interface mockups, and interactive prototypes.

• Understanding of front-end web technologies including HTML, CSS, and component structure constraints.

• Professional portfolio demonstrating completed digital design projects, user research workflows, and interaction models.

• Excellent visual design judgment, meticulous attention to layout detail, and effective formal written communication skills.

Preferred Technical Competencies

• Experience establishing and governing multi-platform design systems and UI component specifications.

• Understanding of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines and inclusive design practices.

• Familiarity with remote usability testing platforms and quantitative user analytics tools.

• Basic knowledge of motion design principles and micro-interaction prototyping techniques.
