Experience:

• 3 to 5 years

B.Sc. in EEE / ETE / CSE / IT or equivalent from a reputed university

• 3 to 5 years

• Age 25 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Perform installation, configuration and deployment of routers, switches, firewalls, wireless devices, servers and other network equipment.

• Perform user administration, server configuration, software updates, patch verification and routine system health checks.

• Monitor and maintain the availability, performance and health of network infrastructure, servers, virtualization platforms, Windows Servers, Active Directory, DNS, Linux servers, backup jobs and related IT services.

• Monitor Data Center passive infrastructure, including power systems, UPS, cooling systems, racks, structured cabling and environmental monitoring systems and perform basic troubleshooting.

• Identify, diagnose and resolve network, server and connectivity issues and escalating complex issues to senior engineers or vendors when necessary.

• Perform preventive maintenance of network and server infrastructure and assist in hardware replacement, infrastructure upgrades, DR drills and implementation of new projects.

• Coordinate with ISPs, NTTN providers, third-party vendors and internal teams for provisioning, fault resolution, preventive maintenance and service restoration.

• Respond promptly to incidents, alarms and service requests to ensure maximum service availability.

• Maintain incident logs, operational reports, network documentation, configuration backups, asset inventory and other technical records.
