Job Summary

We are seeking experienced technical leadership professionals to join our software engineering group. We currently have 2 open vacancies for full-stack technical leads possessing 5 to 7 years of professional experience in end-to-end software development, architectural design, team leadership, and modern web software frameworks. The selected candidates will direct software development teams, architect scalable front-end and back-end systems, enforce coding standards, and manage complex project execution.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction and leadership to engineering teams across both front-end and back-end software development domains.

• Architect, design, and implement high-performance, scalable, and secure full-stack software applications.

• Conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish engineering standards, and ensure adherence to architectural best practices.

• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and UI UX designers to translate functional requirements into technical architectures.

• Guide engineering teams through system design decisions, data modeling, API contract definition, and database schema creation.

• Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks, system performance issues, and architectural vulnerabilities in enterprise applications.

• Mentor software engineers, foster professional development, and promote continuous improvement within the engineering organization.

• Oversee technical release planning, integration execution, and continuous deployment workflows across multi-environment infrastructures.

Required Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

• 5 to 7 years of professional software engineering experience with demonstrated advancement into technical leadership roles.

• Proficiency in modern front-end web technologies including JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, or Vue.

• Extensive experience in robust back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or C#, alongside microservices architecture.

• Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, including schema design, query optimization, and data persistence.

• Demonstrated experience designing, building, and maintaining RESTful and GraphQL application programming interfaces.

• Solid understanding of cloud deployment platforms, containerization tools, and automated release execution pipelines.

• Superior technical leadership capabilities, structured problem-solving skills, and professional written communication skills.

Preferred Technical Competencies

• Experience leading distributed or cross-functional software engineering teams in agile development environments.

• Practical knowledge of serverless architecture, event-driven architecture, and messaging system integrations.

• Understanding of application security standards, data encryption methods, and system vulnerability assessment protocols.
