Responsibilities & Context:

• Meet with stakeholders to understand business needs, goals, and challenges.

• Requirement Gathering, analyze functional and non-functional requirements.

• Working Experience with EOI,RFP, IFT, Proposal and Document etc. relevant Tender documentation.

• Working Experience in eGP, UNDP Tender and others Offshore tender platform..

• Manage client expectations through proactive communication and timely updates.

• Engage with clients (local and international) to understand business processes, objectives, and pain points.

• Identify gaps between client requirements and existing software solutions and propose suitable enhancements.

• Recommend improvements to documentation processes and standards.

• Contribute to internal knowledge bases and best-practice guidelines.

• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and standards related to business analysis and technical writing.

• Working Experience with RFP,SRS, BRS, FRS, HLD, LLD and relevant technical documentation.

• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), User Stories, or Use Cases.

• Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.

• Design optimized workflows and propose changes to improve efficiency.

• Use tools like flowcharts, BPMN diagrams, or wireframes.

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.

• Translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.

• Facilitate regular meetings, sprint planning, and reviews.

• Collaborate with developers during solution design and implementation.

• Help define test cases and assist QA teams in validating the software meets the requirements.

• Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with clients.

• Maintain clear and concise documentation of requirements, decisions, changes, etc.

• Generate reports for performance tracking, ROI, and project status.

• Help in identifying new opportunities or products based on market trends and user feedback.

• Support product managers in roadmap planning and prioritization.

• Assist in feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis. Act as a bridge between clients, business teams, and technical teams to ensure mutual understanding

• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, stakeholders, or internal teams regarding project requirements, progress, and deliverables

• Maintain documentation in alignment with company standards and templates

• Ensure all documents are accurate, clear, and user-friendly for both technical and non-technical audiences

• Convert business requirements into clear technical requirements for developers.

• Create workflow diagrams, process flowcharts, wireframes, and system logic.

• Coordinate with UI/UX designers for user-friendly system design.

• Support software testing and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).

• Verify whether developed software matches business requirements.

• Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations.

• Manage requirement changes and maintain version control.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis when required.

• Prepare and support proposal preparation, pre-sales discussions, and software demonstrations.

• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones through regular follow-up.
