যোগ্যতা:

- IT systems, networks ও সাধারণ troubleshooting সম্পর্কে ভালো ধারণা
- দায়িত্বশীল, সমস্যার সমাধানে পারদর্শী এবং সহায়ক মনোভাবসম্পন্ন
Responsibilities & Context:
অবস্থান: মিরপুর DOHS, ঢাকা
অফিস সময়: সকাল ৯টা – বিকেল ৫টা
Acme Technologies Ltd. একটি বহুমুখী ব্যবসা প্রতিষ্ঠান যা real estate, construction, artificial intelligence এবং logistics services-এ কাজ করে। আমাদের টিমে একজন দক্ষ ও দায়িত্বশীল IT Executive নিয়োগ করা হবে।
মূল দায়িত্বসমূহ:
কোম্পানির IT system ও infrastructure মনিটরিং এবং রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ
User support প্রদান (hardware, software এবং network সংক্রান্ত সমস্যা সমাধান)
Communication platforms (email, messaging tools ইত্যাদি) পরিচালনা
নিয়মিত data backup এবং ডেটা সিকিউরিটি নিশ্চিতকরণ
Server maintenance এবং system updates পরিচালনা
ERP systems-এ user access ও roles ম্যানেজমেন্ট
কোম্পানির website মেইনটেইন ও আপডেট
IT inventory (hardware, software, licenses) ট্র্যাকিং ও ব্যবস্থাপনা
