Job Summary

We are seeking experienced business analysis professionals to join our enterprise solutions group. We currently have 3 open vacancies for business analysts possessing 4 to 5 years of professional experience in business process engineering, requirements gathering, and systems analysis. Selected candidates will be responsible for evaluating organizational workflows, defining functional specifications, conducting gap analysis, and bridging communication between business stakeholders and technical development teams to deliver high-quality enterprise solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, validate, and document functional and non-functional requirements.

• Formulate comprehensive business requirement documents, functional specification documents, and workflow diagrams.

• Analyze current business processes, identify operational inefficiencies, and design optimized future state workflows.

• Facilitate requirements discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process modeling sessions.

• Collaborate closely with project managers, software architects, and quality assurance teams throughout the solution delivery lifecycle.

• Define acceptance criteria, user stories, and test scenarios to ensure system deliverables align with business objectives.

• Perform data analysis and quantitative modeling to support strategic decision-making and business case development.

• Conduct gap analysis between existing business capability frameworks and proposed software solution architectures.

Required Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 4 to 5 years of professional experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or management consulting within enterprise environments.

• Proven mastery of requirement elicitation techniques, business process modeling, and system workflow documentation.

• Strong working knowledge of software development lifecycles, including agile and waterfall execution methodologies.

• Demonstrated proficiency with process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or Enterprise Architect.

• Advanced proficiency in Structured Query Language for data querying, analysis, and validation.

• Exceptional analytical thinking, structured problem-solving capabilities, and formal written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal capabilities with demonstrated success managing multidisciplinary stakeholder relationships.

Preferred Technical Competencies

• Professional certification such as Certified Business Analysis Professional or Capability in Business Analysis.

• Experience with enterprise data visualization software including Power BI or Tableau.

• Understanding of financial modeling, feasibility assessment, and return on investment estimations.

• Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems and customer relationship management platforms.
