Senior Technical Support Engineer (Core Network vIMS)

1.Responsible for post-deployment maintenance activities of business products, including project implementation, commissioning, upgrades, troubleshooting, network optimization, and network planning;

2.Conduct regional customer technical training, and gather feedback on product performance, quality issues, and service standards;

3.Manage product project acceptance, network optimization, service activation, routine operations and maintenance, as well as initial and final acceptance processes;

4.Track and escalate equipment issues, resolve complex technical problems, and collect and organize technical information;

5.Oversee and enhance the capabilities of regional outsourcing partners;

6.Collaborate with pre-sales teams to identify new business opportunities and improve customer satisfaction;

7.Proficiency in English is required;

Position Qualification:

1. BSc in EEE/CSE or relevant subject from reputed University.

2. Totally over 2 years experience of Core Network vIMS.
