As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for a highly motivated, commercially strong, relationship-driven, and result-oriented Senior Executive – Corporate Sales to lead business development and key-account growth within the institutional market. The role covers Education, Banks, Leasing Companies, Financial Institutions, and other strategic institutional clients, and requires an experienced sales professional who can independently manage the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and relationship development through solution presentation, quotation, negotiation, order closing, delivery coordination, collection, and after-sales relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

•      Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities within Corporate Groups, Educational Institutions, Banks, Leasing Companies, Financial Institutions, , and other institutional organizations, through direct visits, networking, referrals, cold calling, and strategic relationship building.

•      Build and maintain a strong, qualified sales pipeline; monitor institutional procurement plans, RFQs, projects, and purchasing opportunities.

•      Identify upcoming technology, infrastructure, AV, display, communication, and IT requirements of target accounts.

•      Prepare and execute daily, weekly, and monthly visit plans, and generate leads through cold calls, site visits, and referrals.

•      Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers, procurement teams, and key stakeholders across customer organizations.

•      Conduct regular account reviews and identify up-selling, cross-selling, renewal, and repeat-business opportunities.

•      Conduct professional sales presentations, product demonstrations, technical briefings, and solution walkthroughs.

•      Work closely with Product, Pre-Sales, Technical, and Engineering teams to design accurate, customized solutions and clearly communicate value propositions.

•      Prepare and coordinate BOQs, RFQ responses, and technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations.

•      Conduct competitor and market price benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and profitability.

•      Negotiate pricing, specifications, delivery schedules, warranty, and payment terms within approved company policy, and finalize commercial terms to close deals.

•      Coordinate with Commercial, Supply Chain, Logistics, Technical, Installation, and Service teams for order processing, invoicing, and delivery planning.

•      Monitor product delivery, installation, commissioning, and user training, ensuring projects are executed on scope, timeline, and quality standards.

•      Track scheduled payment milestones, monitor customer payment schedules and credit exposure, and ensure timely invoice submission.

•      Follow up systematically on outstanding receivables and overdue payments, coordinating with Accounts & Finance to resolve billing discrepancies.

•      Achieve assigned sales collection targets and maintain healthy receivables in line with company credit and collection policies.

•      Maintain accurate and updated customer, opportunity, quotation, negotiation, and contract information in ERP/CRM systems.

•      Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, pipeline, collection, and performance reports to Management.

•      Ensure accurate sales forecasting, and monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, promotions, and new product launches.

•      Achieve agreed daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, revenue, gross-profit, and collection targets.

•      Ensure effective after-sales support and customer satisfaction; resolve delivery, service, warranty, or quality-related issues promptly.

•      Establish clear sales KPIs, monitor performance against business objectives, and perform other strategic or operational responsibilities assigned by Management.
