Responsibilities & Context:
Lead initiatives to position the company in government and semi-government projects by establishing and maintaining strong professional relationships with senior officials and relevant stakeholders.
Develop and execute integrated marketing and corporate communication strategies to drive sustainable business growth and enhance brand positioning across target markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Ministries, Directorates ,Project Directors (PD), decision makers and regularly engage with stakeholders to understand upcoming projects and priorities
Identify, evaluate, and secure corporate, institutional, and strategic projects through proactive engagement and relationship-building with key decision-makers.
Oversee the end-to-end tender lifecycle (EOI, RFP, proposal submission), ensuring full compliance, quality documentation, and application of competitive strategies to maximize win rates.
Lead negotiations and successfully finalize agreements including MoUs, NDAs, and commercial contracts with developers, corporate clients, and strategic partners.
Strengthen long-term client relationships by ensuring high service quality, satisfaction, and continuous engagement, driving repeat business and strategic partnerships.
Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and develop strategies for market expansion and competitive advantage.
Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing and communications team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, performance targets, and effective execution of strategic initiatives.
Maintain long-term professional relationships with key decision-makers
Facilitate high-level meetings between client and company leadership
