🚨 We’re Hiring | Head of Sales – Property
Domicile Capital Ltd. is looking for an experienced Head of Sales – Property to lead and build our property sales division in Dhaka.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands the real estate market, knows how to close high-value transactions, and can build a high-performing sales team.
What you’ll be responsible for:
• Leading and managing the property sales team
• Driving sales of residential apartments and commercial properties
• Developing sales strategies for ongoing and upcoming projects
• Managing the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to closing
• Personally handling high-value clients and negotiations
• Building strong buyer and referral networks
• Setting and achieving aggressive sales targets
• Recruiting, training and developing sales executives
• Working closely with marketing to improve lead quality and conversion
• Building a structured, measurable sales process
We’re looking for someone with:
• 5+ years of experience in real estate/property sales
• At least 2 years of sales-team management experience
• A proven record of achieving property sales targets
• Strong closing and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of the Dhaka real estate market
• An established network of property buyers, investors and business owners
• Excellent Bangla & English communication skills
• A results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset
Age: 30–45 years
