Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving B2B sales across our key product lines—including HVAC systems, Garbage Chute systems, Construction materials, and Industrial manufacturing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify, contact, and build relationships with real estate developers, EPC contractors, architects, consultants, and industrial clients.

* Product Presentation & Pitching: Effectively present and explain technical specifications of Garbage Chute Systems, HVAC Systems, Construction Materials, and Light/Heavy Industry manufacturing capabilities to potential clients.

* Deal Closure & Negotiation: Prepare technical and commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

* Key Account Management: Maintain strong, long-term business relationships with key decision-makers and existing clients to ensure repeat business.

* Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal engineering, procurement, and technical support teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

* Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and prospective projects to identify new business opportunities.
