UpSkill Bangladesh is looking for energetic, confident, and ambitious candidates who want to build a career in Software Sales, AI Solutions, SaaS Products, and Business Development. Training will be provided to help selected candidates become successful software sales professionals.
Experience Requirements:
1–2 years of professional experience in software sales, IT sales, or business development.
Candidates with hands-on field-level experience in software sales will be strongly preferred.
Experience dealing with corporate, government, and private-sector clients will be an advantage.
Experience with government/private tenders, procurement processes, and platforms such as e-GP (Electronic Government Procurement) in Bangladesh will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit corporate, government, and private organizations across Dhaka City.
Generate leads and build strong client relationships.
Conduct software demonstrations and business presentations.
Present AI-powered and customized software solutions to prospective clients.
Identify customer needs and propose suitable software products.
Meet monthly sales targets and business development goals.
Maintain regular follow-up with potential clients.
Prepare sales reports and update CRM records.
Participate in field visits, client meetings, and promotional activities.
Support and participate in tender and procurement-related activities when required.
Working Hours:
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekly Holidays:
Friday & Saturday
