Design optimized workflows and propose changes to improve efficiency.
Use tools like flowcharts, BPMN diagrams, or wireframes.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.
Translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
Facilitate regular meetings, sprint planning, and reviews.
Collaborate with developers during solution design and implementation.
Help define test cases and assist QA teams in validating the software meets the requirements.
Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with clients.
Maintain clear and concise documentation of requirements, decisions, changes, etc.

Help in identifying new opportunities or products based on market trends and user feedback.

Working Experience with EOI,SRS, IFT, Proposal etc. relevant Tender documentation.
Maintain documentation in alignment with company standards and templates
Ensure all documents are accurate, clear, and user-friendly for both technical and non-technical audiences
Convert business requirements into clear technical requirements for developers.
Create workflow diagrams, process flowcharts, wireframes, and system logic.
Coordinate with UI/UX designers for user-friendly system design.
Support software testing and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
Verify whether developed software matches business requirements.
Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations.
Manage requirement changes and maintain version control.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis when required.
Prepare and support proposal preparation, pre-sales discussions, and software demonstrations.
Ensure timely delivery of project milestones through regular follow-up.
