Experience:
2–4 years of experience in laboratory operations, IT support, facilities coordination, technical support, or related operational roles.
Experience supporting training centers, engineering laboratories, technology organizations, or educational institutions will be preferred.
Experience in managing laboratory equipment, networking, audio-visual systems, and end-user technology support.
Experience coordinating with vendors, facility teams, and internal stakeholders for maintenance and operational support.
Professional certifications in IT support, networking, or technical operations will be an added advantage.
Strong operational mindset with the ability to maintain laboratory readiness and service continuity.
Good troubleshooting skills for laboratory equipment, workstations, networking, and audio-visual systems.
Ability to coordinate multiple operational activities and respond quickly to support requests.
Good understanding of macOS, Windows, Linux, networking fundamentals, and office & classroom productivity tools.
Strong organizational skills for managing laboratory assets, inventories, and documentation.
Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Commitment to maintaining a safe, organized, and professional laboratory environment.
Ensure the day-to-day readiness and smooth operation of the Semiconductor Research & Training Lab, including classrooms, design workstations, collaboration spaces, and supporting facilities.
Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment, workstations, networking, internet connectivity, audio-visual systems, printers, and other shared resources to minimize operational disruptions.
Coordinate the setup and readiness of laboratories for training sessions, workshops, customer demonstrations, assessments, and semiconductor design activities.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, engineering software, productivity applications, and user accounts while supporting Windows and macOS environments.
Maintain laboratory assets, spare parts inventory, software licenses, and equipment records while coordinating preventive maintenance and warranty services.
Coordinate with internal IT, administration, procurement, facilities, and external vendors to ensure timely resolution of technical and operational issues.
Support instructors, students, employees, and clients by providing timely technical assistance and ensuring a seamless laboratory experience.
Monitor laboratory utilization, report operational issues, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, reliability, and user experience.
Ensure laboratory safety, cleanliness, equipment organization, and compliance with operational standards and organizational policies.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor to support the efficient operation and continuous improvement of the Semiconductor Research & Training Center.
