The college emphasizes academic excellence, discipline and quality clinical education to meet the growing healthcare needs of the country. Daliya Nursing College is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Executive -IT for Daliya Nursing College, Bogura. The Executive - IT will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the institution`s IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of all IT-related activities. This role involves maintaining hardware and software systems, supporting educational technologies, and collaborating with various departments to implement effective IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, servers, and networks.

• Ensure the security and integrity of data by implementing appropriate security measures and regular backups.

• Manage network infrastructure, including wired and wireless networks, ensuring reliable connectivity across the institution.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.

• Assist faculty and staff with IT-related queries and problems, ensuring prompt resolution.

• Maintain an IT helpdesk system to track and prioritize support requests.

• Train and support faculty and staff in the effective use of educational technologies and digital tools.

• Ensure all software licenses are up to date and comply with legal requirements.

• Liaise with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.

• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, networking, basic programming and CCTV setting.

• Fully installed and properly functioning computer systems and accessories.

• An efficient software applications and antivirus software on the network.

• Dynamically ICT related support to all departments in office.

• Experience on IP Telephony system configuration and Maintenance.

• Ensure network security and connectivitySet up user accounts, permissions and passwords.

• Any other task assigned by management.
