Experience:

• 2 to 3 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• 2 to 3 years

• Age At least 25 years

• 2–3+ years of professional experience as a Network Engineer, preferably in an ISP environment.

• CCNA or CCNP certification is required.

• Strong practical knowledge of BGP, OSPF, and RIP.

• Hands-on experience with VPC/STP switching technologies.

• Experience with Huawei, Fortinet, and/or Juniper network devices and firewalls.

• Familiarity with Nagios, Zabbix or similar network monitoring tools.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Knowledge of network security and firewall policies.

• Experience with network monitoring, incident management, and performance optimization.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle network incidents within SLA.

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot ISP network infrastructure.

• Configure and maintain routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, and RIP.

• Manage switching technologies including VPC and STP.

• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW).

• Work with network equipment from Huawei, Fortinet, and Juniper.

• Monitor network performance, availability, and security using tools such as Nagios and Zabbix.

• Identify and resolve network connectivity, performance, and security issues.

• Perform network troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and preventive maintenance.

• Maintain network documentation, configurations, and technical reports.

• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and ISP partners when required.

• Support network upgrades, expansion, and optimization activities.
