Responsibilities & Context:

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Linux and Windows systems.

• Support basic network configuration, troubleshooting, and monitoring.

• Assist with system and network-related technical issues.

• Perform basic SQL/database management and troubleshooting tasks.

• Monitor system performance and report technical issues to senior engineers.

• Assist with server, network, and IT infrastructure maintenance.

• Maintain technical documentation and system records.

• Follow security, backup, and IT operational procedures.
