Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and execute Agora’s IT strategies aligned with organizational and business goals to drive operational excellence, digital transformation, and technology modernization.
Oversee Agora’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud platforms, databases, enterprise applications, and cybersecurity operations.
Ensure the availability, security, performance, and reliability of all IT systems and services.
Lead ERP, CRM, HRMS, and other business application implementation, integration, optimization, upgrades, and migration projects while minimizing downtime and operational disruption.
Establish and enforce IT governance, data governance, database security, cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
Lead IT automation and innovation initiatives, including process automation and emerging technology, AI, and automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
Implement advanced analytics and business intelligence solutions to support data-driven decision-making.
Identify technology risks and develop disaster recovery, data backup, and business continuity strategies to ensure system reliability and business continuity.
Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, software licensing, technology procurement, and cost optimization to maximize return on technology investments.
Provide strategic technology recommendations to senior management and business leaders.
Build, lead, mentor, and develop high-performing IT teams while fostering collaboration, continuous professional development, and a high-performance culture.
Promote organizational capability development through structured training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
