Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure technical support and troubleshooting as IT representative.
Monitor and maintain IT systems, including servers, networks, and applications.
Ensure installation, support and maintenance of EMR, POS systems.
Assist with IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and new technology deployments.
Maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and user requests.
Track and manage IT inventory, including hardware and software assets.
Respond promptly to user inquiries and provide high-quality customer service.
Must have the mindset to visit the outlets and willing to work at roster basis
