• Develop and execute Agora’s IT strategies aligned with organizational and business goals to drive operational excellence, digital transformation, and technology modernization.

• Oversee enterprise IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud platforms, databases, enterprise applications, and cybersecurity operations.

• Ensure the availability, security, performance, and reliability of all IT systems and services.

• Lead ERP, CRM, HRMS, and other business application implementation, integration, optimization, upgrades, and migration projects while minimizing downtime and operational disruption.

• Establish and enforce IT governance, data governance, database security, cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance frameworks.

• Lead IT automation and innovation initiatives, including process automation and emerging technology, AI, and automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency and business performance.

• Implement advanced analytics and business intelligence solutions to support data-driven decision-making.

• Identify technology risks and develop disaster recovery, data backup, and business continuity strategies to ensure system reliability and business continuity.

• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, software licensing, technology procurement, and cost optimization to maximize return on technology investments.

• Provide strategic technology recommendations to senior management and business leaders.

• Build, lead, mentor, and develop high-performing IT teams while fostering collaboration, continuous professional development, and a high-performance culture.
