Responsibilities & Context:
Install, configure, and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connections.
Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
Install, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, DVRs, and NVRs.
Provide day-to-day technical support for desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Install and troubleshoot Windows, software applications, antivirus programs, and peripheral devices.
Perform basic server monitoring, maintenance, backup, and troubleshooting.
Maintain the hospital’s IT equipment, network devices, and related documentation.
Coordinate with internet service providers and other IT vendors when necessary.
Respond promptly to emergency IT and network-related issues.
Ensure the security and confidentiality of hospital data and IT systems.
Perform any other IT-related duties assigned by the management.
