Tourgull is building a large-scale, all-in-one travel technology platform covering Flights, Hotels, Tours, Activities, Transportation, Visa, Food, Travel Planner, Guides, Marketplace, B2B, and B2C services.

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer who can help design and develop a scalable, secure, and high-performance backend architecture for the Tourgull ecosystem.

Technical Requirements

• Strong experience with Python

• Experience with FastAPI preferred; Django experience also accepted

• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL

• Experience with SQLAlchemy or similar ORM is preferred

• Strong understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture

• Experience with database design, authentication, authorization, API integrations, and scalable systems

• Minimum 2 years of professional backend development experience

AI Expertise — Important

The developer must have strong, practical knowledge of modern AI technologies, including:

• LLM/API integration

• AI-powered features and automation

• Prompt/API workflow design

• AI agents and tool integrations

• Structured AI outputs and backend integration

• Understanding how AI can be securely integrated into production software
