• 1–2 years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance

• Strong hands-on manual testing experience for both web and mobile applications

• Solid knowledge of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Good working experience with automated testing

• Hands-on API testing (REST & GraphQL) using Postman

• Experience with bug tracking tools such as Jira

• Ability to write clear, reproducible bug reports and communicate effectively with developers

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills

• Good communication skills and the ability to work in an Agile environment

At Codeware Ltd. you'll test products built on a modern stack — Flutter (Android/iOS), React, Next.js, Livewire, Laravel, .NET, GraphQL & REST APIs — working shoulder-to-shoulder with our development team.

Manual testing is the core of this role. Solid hands-on experience with test automation and performance testing is a strong plus.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

• Manually test web (React, Next.js, Livewire), Android, and iOS (Flutter) applications for functionality, usability, performance, and user experience

• Design, review, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans

• Perform Smoke, Sanity, Functional, Regression, Integration, System, Exploratory, and UAT testing

• Identify, document, and prioritize defects using Jira, with clear, reproducible steps

• Triage each bug to the right owner — determine whether an issue belongs to the frontend (React/Next.js/Flutter/Livewire) or backend (Laravel/.NET) team, and communicate it clearly to the responsible developer

• Re-test and verify fixes once developers resolve issues, and close out tickets after confirmation

• Maintain and follow up on defect tracking sheets / QA reports so nothing falls through the cracks

• Validate critical workflows such as authentication, onboarding, and payment modules

• Perform API testing (REST & GraphQL) using Postman or similar tools

• Verify UI consistency and responsiveness against design specs (Figma / HTML)

• Test across multiple devices, browsers, screen sizes, and operating systems

• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product teams throughout the release cycle

• Prepare test reports and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes
