Responsibilities & Context:

• Lead and manage end-to-end software and IT projects from initiation, planning, and execution through delivery and closure.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans covering scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and according to defined quality standards.

• Coordinate effectively with Business Analysts, Software Developers, QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers, DevOps, Database, Infrastructure, and Support Teams.

• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, stakeholders, management, and project teams.

• Understand business requirements and translate them into clear project objectives, priorities, milestones, and actionable tasks.

• Monitor project progress and proactively identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and bottlenecks.

• Manage project scope and ensure all scope changes are properly assessed, documented, approved, and implemented.

• Conduct regular project review meetings, sprint planning, progress meetings, client meetings, and stakeholder discussions.

• Track team performance, task completion, resource utilization, project milestones, and overall project health.

• Prepare and present project status reports, progress updates, dashboards, risk reports, and management summaries.

• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including BRD/FRD, project plans, schedules, meeting minutes, change requests, risk registers, and delivery documents.

• Ensure proper coordination of Quality Assurance (QA), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, implementation, and post-deployment support.

• Work closely with technical teams to understand system architecture, integrations, infrastructure requirements, technical dependencies, and implementation challenges.

• Manage client expectations and ensure a high level of client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement project management best practices, standards, and methodologies.

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, project governance, information security requirements, and industry best practices.

• Provide regular project updates to senior management and promptly escalate critical issues requiring management intervention.

• Mentor, motivate, and guide project team members to build a high-performing, collaborative, and accountable team culture.

• Conduct project closure activities and document lessons learned, project outcomes, and improvement opportunities for future projects.
