Required Skills & Experience

Desktop Development:

WinForms (must) and/or WPF (nice-to-have)

Web Development:

ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, Blazor (Razor Components)

JavaScript basics; knowledge of modern JS libraries/frameworks a plus

Languages & Frameworks:

C# (.NET Framework / .NET Core)

Database Skills:

Strong SQL Server skills (schema design, indexing, stored procedures, performance tuning)

Understanding of RDBMS concepts and normalization

UI & UX:

Event handling, drag-and-drop, custom drawing in controls

Layout management with scrollable views (horizontal/vertical)

General Development Skills:

Source control (Git)

Unit testing and debugging

Clear code documentation

Nice-to-Have Skills

Oracle database familiarity

Experience with real-time UI updates (SignalR or WebSockets)

Experience with charting/timeline libraries (Syncfusion, DHTMLX, DayPilot, etc.)

About the Role

We are building an advanced interactive planning and scheduling system along with other enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in both desktop (WinForms/WPF) and web (ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core/Blazor) development, excellent database skills, and the ability to create custom, data-driven UI components.

This role requires someone who can understand a new system concept quickly and translate it into well-structured, scalable software — even if they haven’t worked with similar tools before.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive desktop and web applications using .NET technologies.
• Build custom visual components (grids, timelines, draggable elements) with smooth interactions.
• Integrate applications with SQL Server and later Oracle databases.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Implement scalable, modular architectures for future feature growth.
• Collaborate with other developers, analysts, and users to refine requirements.
