• Preferred background:
  Media Studies / Film & Multimedia
  Marketing / Business
  English / Communication
  Strong communication skills in Bangla and English

Educational Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university

• Preferred background:

  • Media Studies / Film & Multimedia

  • Marketing / Business Administration

  • English / Communication

• Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English

Skills & Requirements:

• Proficiency in video editing software:

  • Adobe Premiere Pro

  • After Effects

  • CapCut / Filmora

• Hands-on experience with modern AI tools:

  • AI video editing & generation (Runway, Pika, Synthesia)

  • AI design tools (Canva AI, Adobe Firefly)

  • AI content writing tools (ChatGPT or similar)

  • AI voice-over & dubbing tools

• Ability to create:

  • Short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)

  • Marketing and promotional videos

  • Product videos and ad creatives

• Understanding of:

  • Social media trends and algorithms

  • Storytelling, scripting, and content planning

• Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling skills

Experience:

• 0–3 years of experience in video editing / content creation

• Freshers with strong AI-based content portfolios are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and edit AI-enhanced video content for marketing campaigns

• Produce engaging short-form videos and ads using AI tools

• Generate scripts, visuals, and voiceovers using AI platforms

• Optimize content for different social media platforms

• Stay updated with the latest AI trends and tools in content creation
