As a Graphic Designer in an advertising agency, the employee is responsible for developing innovative and visually appealing design concepts that align with client objectives, brand identity, and marketing strategies. The role requires close collaboration with the client service, copywriting, and marketing teams to transform ideas into engaging designs suitable for print, digital, and multimedia platforms.

The position demands creativity, attention to detail, and up-to-date knowledge of design tools and market trends in Bangladesh’s advertising and media landscape.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, layouts, and visual designs for advertisements, branding, campaigns, social media, and promotional materials.

• Design digital assets such as banners, infographics, presentations, animations, and video graphics.

• Ensure all designs align with client branding guidelines and agency quality standards.

• Work with copywriters and marketing strategists to visualize campaign ideas.

• Edit, retouch, and enhance images, videos, and other media as required.

• Maintain consistency in design across all communication channels.

• Propose innovative design ideas that cater to local culture, trends, and consumer behavior in Bangladesh.
