Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented and brand-conscious Graphic Designer to develop visual content for Euro Decor's digital platforms, marketing campaigns, product promotions, showroom communication and corporate branding.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual communication, typography, layout, branding and social media design, with the ability to transform marketing ideas and product information into premium, engaging and commercially effective visual content.

Key Responsibilities

• Design professional and engaging visual content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, websites and other digital platforms, including social media posts, carousel posts, promotional creatives and campaign visuals.

• Develop product-focused visual materials that effectively communicate product features, specifications, dimensions, applications, benefits and technical information.

• Design professional Product Catalogues, Product Brochures, Company Profiles, Product Profiles, Corporate Profiles, Flyers, Leaflets and other marketing publications.

• Create product presentation layouts, specification sheets, sales presentations, corporate presentations and other visual documents required for product communication and business development.

• Develop creative concepts, campaign themes, key visuals and promotional materials for new product launches, seasonal campaigns, special offers, sales campaigns and brand awareness activities.

• Design showroom and trade marketing materials including banners, posters, standees, backdrops, billboards, signage, POSM, retail displays, exhibition materials and dealer-point communication.

• Create product packaging, labels, stickers, boxes and other product branding materials when required.

• Perform professional product image editing including retouching, background removal, colour correction, lighting enhancement, shadow creation and image compositing.

• Create simple motion graphics, reels, video assets and other digital visual content where required.

• Maintain consistent application of Euro Decor's logo, brand colours, typography, layout style and overall visual identity across all communication materials.

• Prepare accurate print-ready files with appropriate dimensions, resolution, bleed, margins, colour settings and production specifications.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, Brand Communication and Management teams, as well as photographers, videographers and external agencies when required, to execute creative requirements effectively.

• Organize and maintain product images, editable source files, templates, brand assets and other creative resources for efficient future use.

• Manage multiple design requirements simultaneously while ensuring creative quality, technical accuracy, brand consistency and timely delivery.

• Stay updated with current design trends, digital formats, AI design and image-generation tools, visual communication techniques and industry developments to introduce fresh and effective creative approaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or a relevant field.

• 1–4 years of relevant professional experience in graphic design.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign will be highly preferred, particularly for catalogue, brochure, profile and publication design.

• Knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar motion/video editing tools will be an advantage.

• Strong understanding of typography, composition, colour, layout, branding and visual communication.

• Practical experience in product-focused design, social media content and digital marketing materials.

• Basic knowledge of print production and preparing production-ready artwork.

• Experience with Interior Products, Furniture Hardware, Building Materials, Architectural Products or Premium Lifestyle Products will be considered an advantage.

• Strong creative thinking, attention to detail and ability to understand product information and convert it into effective visual communication.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and work effectively under deadlines.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant design experience is required.
