Review application forms and documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Enter and update applicant information in computer systems.
Type and prepare documents, forms, and other office materials.
Scan, print, photocopy, and organize necessary documents.
Maintain proper records of visa applications and client information.
Communicate professionally with clients regarding application-related information.
Perform other computer and administrative tasks as assigned by management.
