Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a manufacturing ceramic, printing, or FMCG industry.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, CorelDRAW, Adobe

Acrobat, and Microsoft Office.

Design creative artwork for product catalogs, brochures, advertisements, packaging, social media,

websites, exhibitions, and other marketing materials.

Creative thinking with strong conceptual and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in industry-standard design or motion software.

Prepare print-ready artwork and ensure accuracy in layout, color, resolution, and production

specifications.

Manage color correction, color matching, and maintain consistency across digital designs, printed

materials, ceramic decals, and finished products.

Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-

quality design and printing outputs.

Perform any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects.

A reputed Ceramic Company’s Factory located at Tongi, Gazipur is looking for potential candidate for the position of Graphic Designer-cum-Colourman.
