Experience: At least 7(seven) years, the candidate must be fully conversment with Bangladesh Labour Code 2006, subsequent amendment and Rules-2015 should be capable to handle all personnel matters including allocation of duties, disciplinary actions, noting drafting, filing, leave attendance, grievances and welfare of employees and keeping liaison with related government organization including law enforcing agencies.
