• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)

• Age 25 to 35 years
• Only Male

Design Assets: Build digital and print materials like ads, social media posts, brochures, and logos.

1. Collaborate: Work with marketing teams, copywriters, and managers to meet project goals.

2. Conceptualize: Transform rough ideas and briefs into visual mockups or prototypes.

3. Revise: Update and refine layouts based on feedback from stakeholders.

4. Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual outputs follow brand style guidelines. [1, 2, 3, 4]

5. Data Management and Analysis

   • Build and maintain large, complex spreadsheets and databases.

   • Use advanced formulas like XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and nested functions.

   • Clean, sort, filter, and validate large volumes of data to keep it accurate.

   • Build pivot tables and interactive charts to summarize trends. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

   Automation and Optimization

   • Write VBA scripts and macros to automate repetitive tasks.

   • Use Power Query to combine and shape data from external sources.

   • Fix broken formulas, audit spreadsheet errors, and optimize slow files. [1, 2, 3]

   Reporting and Collaboration

   • Design dynamic dashboards for management and stakeholders.

   • Create regular and ad-hoc financial or operational reports.

   • Train coworkers on advanced Excel functions and best practices.

   • Work with different teams to figure out their data and reporting needs

1. Salary will be 15% increased based on performance after 3 months.
