📌 About the Role & Summary

We are looking for a highly passionate, detail-oriented, and ambitious Creative Visualizer to join our team at Naive Soft. If you have a strong eye for visual storytelling, digital branding, motion design, and basic UI/UX principles—this role is for you!

In this role, you will transform ideas into high-converting static creatives, engaging motion graphics, and user-centric visual layouts for web and apps. You will work closely with our marketing, web development, and content teams to build impactful campaigns and scale brand presence across all digital platforms.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Visual & Campaign Design: Concept and create high-quality social media posts, digital marketing campaign assets, ads, banners, and promotional collaterals.

Motion Graphics & Video Editing: Produce engaging motion graphics, short promotional videos, animations, and social media reels (for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn).

UI/UX & Web Visuals: Collaborate on basic UI/UX design tasks, landing page layouts, mobile app visuals, and interactive user interface components (using Figma).

AI-Powered Workflows: Leverage emerging AI creative platforms to streamline production, experiment with visual ideas, and enhance overall output quality.

Brand Consistency & Collaboration: Work alongside copywriters, marketers, and developers to ensure brand identity consistency across all visual touchpoints.

🛠️ Technical & Tool Expertise

Graphic & UI/UX Design: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Canva, Figma.

Motion & Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve.

AI Creative Platforms: Experience with tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Leonardo AI, Ideogram, Runway, Kling AI, Pika, and Veo.

Visual Storytelling: Ability to translate complex briefs into captivating and conversion-driven visual concepts.

Adaptability: Proactive in learning new design trends, modern creative tools, and UI/UX design standards.

📋 Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience as a Creative Visualizer, Motion Designer, or Graphic/UI Designer within an agency or software environment.

Portfolio: A compelling portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, motion/video, and UI/UX projects.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, CSE, or a related discipline (preferred).
