Basic to good knowledge of Video Editing and Content Creation.

Knowledge of software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar tools.

Basic knowledge of Photography and Videography.

Ability to create engaging Reels, Shorts, and social media videos.

Creative mindset with an eye for visual quality and storytelling.

Willingness to learn and develop professional multimedia skills.

Ability to work as part of a team and follow Management instructions.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Internship Focus

The primary focus of this internship will be:

Video Editing • Reels Creation • Video Production • Photography • Videography • Social Media Content Creation

Flixza Group is looking for a creative, skilled, and passionate Multimedia Designer Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will mainly focus on video editing, Reels creation, video production, photography, and videography, while also supporting the company's digital branding and creative content activities across its business concerns.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce engaging, high-quality videos for social media, YouTube, digital marketing, and corporate branding.

• Create Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, and other short-form video content for social media platforms.

• Shoot and create video content for Flixza Group and its business concerns.

• Conduct photography and videography for corporate activities, projects, restaurants, events, products, and promotional campaigns.

• Plan and execute video shoots according to assigned requirements.

• Handle basic to advanced video editing, including cutting, transitions, sound, music, color correction, and visual effects.

• Create creative video concepts and visual storytelling content.

• Develop engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital platforms.

• Design basic graphics, thumbnails, promotional materials, and social media visuals when required.

• Support marketing and content teams in producing creative digital content.

• Maintain consistency with company branding and visual guidelines.

• Organize and manage video footage, photographs, project files, and other digital assets.

• Manage multiple creative assignments and complete tasks within assigned deadlines.

• Stay updated with current video editing techniques, Reels trends, social media trends, and content creation styles.

• Perform photography, videography, video editing, and other multimedia-related tasks as assigned by Management.

1. Monthly Internship Allowance: BDT 5,000 – 10,000, based on skills, experience, and performance.

2. Practical experience in professional Video Editing, Reels Creation, Photography, and Videography.
