Flixza Group is looking for a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented Restaurant Manager to lead the operations of City Kebab Hotel & Restaurant. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the overall operations of both the Bangla and Chinese sections, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining food quality, leading the restaurant team, and achieving operational and business goals.

Job Responsibilities
Oversee the overall operations of City Kebab Hotel & Restaurant.
Manage both Bangla and Chinese restaurant sections efficiently.
Supervise, lead, train, motivate, and evaluate all restaurant employees.
Ensure excellent customer service and maximize customer satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
Maintain food quality, presentation, hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and government regulations.
Prepare employee duty rosters and monitor attendance.
Coordinate with the Head Office HR & Administration Department.
Manage restaurant inventory, stock, store, and supplier relationships.
Monitor purchasing, receiving, and stock consumption.
Ensure proper cash handling, POS operations, billing, and digital payment systems.
Monitor daily sales and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
Control operational costs, wastage, and inventory losses.
Coordinate smoothly with the kitchen, service, and support teams.
Supervise catering services and outdoor food delivery operations.
Manage the Central Kitchen and production workflow when required.
Ensure restaurant maintenance, cleanliness, equipment, and asset management.
Recruit, train, and develop restaurant staff as required.
Maintain discipline, teamwork, and a positive working environment.
Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly operational, sales, attendance, and performance reports.
Represent the company during outside visits, corporate meetings, and business development activities when required.
Assist management in opening new branches and setting up restaurant operations.
Work closely with management to implement business plans, promotional campaigns, and operational improvements.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.
