Job Context
Amaze Venture is a Dhaka-based MarTech and creative technology studio. We are seeking a passionate and creative Graphic & Motion Designer to transform ideas into impactful visual experiences. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced digital environment and enjoys blending creativity with technology to produce compelling static and motion content for our brands and clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Design high-quality graphics for digital campaigns, social media, and marketing collateral

• Create engaging motion graphics and video content for various platforms

• Edit and produce videos in line with brand and campaign requirements

• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop visual concepts

• Integrate AI tools into creative workflows to improve speed and output quality

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of professional experience in graphic and motion design

Additional Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro

• Strong understanding of motion graphics and visual storytelling

• Proficiency in using AI tools for creative workflows

• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects effectively

• A strong portfolio demonstrating design and motion capabilities

Job Location: Dhaka (Road 13, Niketon, Dhaka - 1212)

Workplace: Work at office (On-site)

Salary

• Tk. 20,000 – 40,000 (Monthly)

• Salary is negotiable based on individual skill sets and experience
