About the role

A Maze Venture is a marketing technology company with a growing portfolio of products. Reachable and Papercable are our major products, with more in the pipeline.

You will design and improve the user experience across these products. You will also use AI in your daily design work to move faster and help bring new AI features into our products.

Responsibilities

•      Design user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity screens and clickable prototypes

•      Improve the experience of existing products based on user feedback and data

•      Design dashboards, reports and data-heavy screens

•      Build and maintain a consistent design system across products

•      Design responsive layouts for desktop and mobile

•      Work closely with the product and development teams; hand off clean, developer-ready files

•      Review builds to make sure they match the design

•      Run simple usability tests and improve designs from the results

•      Use AI tools to speed up research, ideas and prototyping

•      Help fit new AI features naturally into existing products

Requirements

•      2–3 years of UI/UX experience on web apps, SaaS or dashboards

•      Strong portfolio showing real product work

•      Advanced Figma — auto layout, components, variants, prototyping

•      Hands-on with AI design and prototyping tools such as Lovable and Stitch

•      Clear understanding of how AI works and how to use it in day-to-day design work

•      Good grasp of layout, typography, colour and UX principles

•      Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design

•      Good written and spoken English

Strong plus

•      Experience with marketing technology or adtech products

•      Experience with Bangla and English (bilingual) interfaces
