Responsibilities & Context:
Install & Configure Grandstream IP-PBX systems and related telephony equipment.
Set up & Support video conferencing systems (Aver, Logitech).
Troubleshoot & Repair IP telephony, network, and system faults promptly.
Configure & Maintain network devices – Router, Switch, and Access Point (AP).
Lead Project Deployment for IP-PBX and networking solutions from planning to go-live.
Perform Regular Maintenance and preventive checks on all installed systems.
Coordinate with Clients to understand requirements and provide technical support.
Liaise with Internal Team for smooth project execution and issue resolution.
Prepare Documentation – reports, configuration records, and maintenance logs.
Ensure Timely Resolution of customer complaints/tickets.
