Cybersecurity Risk Assessment concepts.
Vulnerability Assessment and Patch Management.
Incident Response and Cybersecurity Operations.
Microsoft 365 Security and Active Directory fundamentals.
Responsibilities & Context:
Cybersecurity Assessment & Risk Management
Incident Response & Security Operations
Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain hardware, software, and operating systems.
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and business applications.
Troubleshoot network, hardware, software, and system-related issues to minimize downtime.
Assist in implementing cybersecurity controls and IT security best practices.
Support user account administration and access management activities.
Maintain IT asset inventory and technical documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors when required.
