• Provide day-to-day IT and technical support to all departments.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software-related problems.
• Manage Windows operating systems, office applications, and other business software.
• Maintain computer networks, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and related devices.
• Monitor internet connectivity and coordinate with service providers when required.
• Manage user accounts, email accounts, software access, and basic system permissions.
• Maintain proper records of IT assets, equipment, accessories, and software licenses.
• Perform regular system maintenance, updates, backups, and security checks.
• Ensure data and computer systems are protected from unauthorized access and common security threats.
• Provide technical assistance to employees and guide them in using computer systems and software.
• Support CCTV, POS, barcode scanners, attendance devices, and other technology used in business operations where applicable.
• Coordinate with vendors and external IT service providers for hardware, software, networking, and maintenance.
• Prepare basic IT reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure smooth operation of all IT facilities across the office and business locations.
• Perform any other IT-related tasks assigned by management.
